Hermitage Bay - All Inclusive

From the moment you check in until the moment you check out is pure relaxation. you can be as busy as you want or just float in your plunge pool, they have it all. the food was excellent and changed every day. I was always excited to see what the chef was making especially for dessert. My words cannot describe how wonderful this hotel and its staff are. We will definitely go back in the future.

The staff are amazing and the food was really great. The new decor that was installed during our one week stay was outstanding and really enhanced the ambience without changing the integrity of the experience that is Hermitage Bay.

So after reading so many reviews I was so excited, I fed up with a really mixed experience: so I’m between a 7 and 8 and this should have been a 10! First of all the great stuff: Room - we had the hillside pool suite, just wow, I’ve stayed in 1000’s hotel and def in top 5 rooms stayed in! The beach bar is lovely and staff amazing, cocktails are lush. Some of the staff are a 10/10 - our lady who did room turndown was a ten, and lady who went through stuff with us. And guys who delivered food to room Breakfast in morning to room was awesome and the lady on that morning was amazing.
